Is Jarvis free?

Yes! You can text Jarvis up to 10 times from a single phone number. This limit is reset every 3 months.

If you like Jarvis and want to send more text messages, upgrade to the $5/month plan which includes 100 messages per month.

Why did you make this service?

We are big fans of AI and its ability to help us reason about different topics and come up with new ideas.

We wanted to ensure this awesome technology was easy to access for everyone, using just their phone and an interface they were already familiar with: text messages.

We were already using it this way for a few weeks when we realized that we were reaching out to AI for help much more frequently since it was just a text away! Especially when we were on the go. It even made it easy to show off AI to those who weren't familiar with it, from friends to family.

How do I talk to Jarvis?

If you have an iPhone, iPod, iPad, Mac, or any other iMessage-enabled device, you can chat with Jarvis using the built-in Apple iMessage app by sending a message to jarvis@imessage.bot.

Otherwise, if you don't have iMessage or you just prefer using SMS, you can send a regular SMS text message to +1 (855) 676-1289 from any phone.

We've recently added experimental support for Jarvis via email! Send or forward an email to hey@email.jarvis.tel to get a response.

In what countries is Jarvis available?

Only phone numbers from the United States and Canada can communicate with Jarvis over SMS phone text message. These phone numbers start with the country code +1 and look like +1 (000) 000-0000.

This will change in the future to support more countries.

If you are instead using iMessage, you can use Jarvis from every country where iMessage is available!

Alternatively, send a message to Jarvis via email.

Jarvis doesn't seem to work, and I'm not receiving messages. What should I do?

Jarvis currently only supports SMS text messaging from phone numbers registered in the United States and Canada. If you are text messaging with a phone number from a different country, Jarvis likely won't be able to respond to you.

Also, since Jarvis is a new service, we occasionally receive a large number of requests and are not able to respond to all of them. In this case, try again after a few minutes or the next day.
